CLN Breeze - AHCA highland heifer

CLN Breeze is a stout, well-balanced young heifer with the depth, capacity, and substance we like to see in our females. She is deep-bodied with a strong topline and plenty of substance while maintaining a feminine appearance and the classic character of the Highland breed. Her pedigree is composed of impressive Highland genetics from two of America's most storied and respected Highland breeders; Sheppard Farm on Apple Hill and Shat Acres. Her lineage includes names like Who's Hill Talisman, Tonn Dorcha MacToiseac, Skye High Cornerstone, and Shat Acres Cinnamon Bear. What makes Breeze particularly special to us is her dam, Apple Hill Storm, the matriarch of our Highland herd. Storm has been an important foundation female in our program and represents many of the traits we value most in our cattle: excellent mothering ability, easy calving, good temperament, and the ability to consistently raise quality calves in our low-input, grass-based system. We have intentionally retained multiple females from this maternal line, and as Storm's most recent daughter, Breeze offers a unique opportunity to add a direct daughter of this proven foundation cow to another fold.
